FAQ
Here are questions we often are asked about the program:
Curriculum FAQ
What is the difference between the Full Base Curriculum and the Simplified Base Curriculum?
The main difference is the number of books for the students. The Full Base Curriculum features books for Keyboard, Guitar, Drums, and Singing where as the Simplified Base features a single song book with information for Keyboard, Guitar, and Ukulele as well as a bucket drumming book. Everything including the Teacher Materials and Audio Tracks are the same.
Which curriculum would best suit my students and school/studio?
This is something we discuss with teachers in an introductory call. The Curriculum package depends on where you're wanting to start the Little Jammers program at in your school. If you are more of a smaller school and don't have all the instruments yet, we would recommend the SImplified Curriculum to get started with. Should you have a larger school and/or access to the needed instruments, we would recommend the Full Base Curriculum.
Why is the Simplified Curriculum called the "Band-in-a-Bucket"?
We call it the “Band in a Bucket” because you can fit the needed instruments all in a bucket which is easy storage, and can be pulled out whenever you and your students are ready to jam! The SImplified Base Curricuculm is a single Song Book with Keyboard, Guitar, and Ukulele images as well as a Bucket Drumming Book.
Am I allowed to make copies for students and families of the material?
As part of your membership with Little Jammers, you are allowed to make unlimited copies of the instrument/song books, audio backing tracks, and supplemental material for students and families to use at home. This also includes hosting material on a cloud server that is password protected.
Supplemental Material FAQ
What kind of Supplemental Material will I receive?
A bulk of the supplemental material members receive will be for in-class use such as songbooks, and teaching aids and games. You will also receive training videos, play-along videos, materials from ZS Music Publishing, and more! Members receive six new items each month to continually expand their Little Jammers Library, and keep the program fresh with new songs.
